Are uploaded files public?
No. Artwork is private by default and must pass quarantine, signature, and authorization checks before staff can retrieve it.
What happens with a rush deadline?
The requested date is recorded as context. A human reviews capacity, materials, delivery, and production feasibility before making any commitment.
Can the AI approve my proof?
No. Approval belongs to an authorized person and applies to one exact, immutable proof version. Production release is a separate decision.
